Offshore Patrol Vessel for the French Navy
Offshore Patrol Vessel Jean Tranape, designed by Mauric and built by Socarenam, is the fourth vessel in a series of six new-generation OPVs for the French Navy.
For this project, AAApropulsion proudly supplied two tunnel thrusters, each equipped with high-efficiency electric motors, low-harmonic drives, and an integrated control system. These solutions contribute to the vessel’s excellent maneuverability, reliability and reduced environmental footprint—key requirements for modern naval operations.
